Most supply chain consultants have studied supply chains. We’ve run them.
I’m Mina Hanna, founder of KD Hanna. My background isn’t academic — it’s operational. I’ve managed distribution centers, negotiated with vendors across dozens of industries, sourced manufacturers, and untangled the kind of logistics problems that only show up at 2am when a shipment is missing. I’ve seen what works and, more importantly, what quietly breaks things six months later.
That experience is what I bring to every client engagement. Not a playbook. Not a framework off a slide deck. Real-world pattern recognition built from years of doing the job.
KD Hanna exists because I kept seeing the same problems repeat at company after company — and realizing that most of them were preventable with the right guidance at the right time.
We don’t do cookie-cutter. Every engagement starts with understanding your business, your team, and where you actually want to go. From there, we build something custom — whether that’s a full supply chain strategy, a warehouse optimization project, or just getting the right technology in place.
We work with startups figuring things out for the first time, and with established companies who’ve outgrown the way they used to do things. In both cases, our job is the same: remove the obstacles between where you are and where you’re trying to go.
Supply chain is often the last thing a growing business takes seriously — and the first thing that causes real damage when it fails. Every company, regardless of size or funding stage, deserves to operate with infrastructure that lets them focus on growth instead of firefighting. That’s what KD Hanna exists to provide.

We’ve run the operations we consult on. That changes the quality of advice.
Every business is different. We don’t apply the same template to every engagement.
